This message addresses why some men receive understanding and grow spiritually, while other languish and just never really get it.

When men suppress the truth of God's severity, they subvert the beauty of His mercy and kindness.  

This message looks at the causes of division among believers.  It speaks to the need of the deeds of the flesh, the old man, to be mortified.  Division is caused by our own carnal lusts...

If believers have not grasped the full assurance of their hope, they will become dull and in need of the power of the Holy Spirit to open their eyes to the hope to which they have been called

Believers can only live in the unity God desires by walking in the love of Christ being shed abroad in our hearts - loving  each other as Christ loved us.
